Hi, I'm Max Perepelov, an IT guy based in Amsterdam.

I started to shoot film to have relief from the digital world and its reliance on AI in every aspect of life. I believe that film photography is a way to save memories as they were.

Why Film?

In a world of infinite digital photos and AI-generated images, film photography is much more than just a way to take photos. It's a way to store the moments as they were. The grain, the imperfections, the unpredictability—these aren't flaws, they're features. They make each photo unique and unrepeatable. Even if they are bad, missed focus, misaligned horizon, etc. They are beautiful because they are real.
